Cicada Clock
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion here, even if you have uninstalled Cicada Clock.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@gripintelligenceai.com with the subject Cicada Clock account deletion. Include your work email and organisation name so we can find your account. Do not send passwords, PINs or verification codes.
We will verify your identity and confirm the scope before deleting anything. An organisation owner must confirm whether they want the whole organisation deleted; another team member cannot request deletion of colleagues' accounts.
Delete directly in the app
- Employees: open Me → Privacy → Delete account.
- People: open the People tab and choose Delete my account. The owner instead sees Delete organisation.
- Enter your current password, type the requested name, and confirm permanent deletion.
What is removed
Account deletion removes the account and its linked clock-ins, pay records, leave, availability, handovers, devices and sessions from the active service. Organisation deletion removes the organisation and all its member accounts and linked records. Export records you need to keep before deleting.
A technical erasure receipt records that deletion occurred using a keyed hash and a count, without your name or email. Backup handling and any separately retained records will be explained when support confirms a request. Contact us if you need help with data that was shared with other parties.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You can delete immediately, and manage the subscription separately through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
